Community The HRM 4 PAD arena complex inBedford, NS is owned by the Halifax Regional Municipality and operated by NUSTADIA RECREATION. The centre will become the recreation home for arena sports players and users of all ages. Any person or group needing a high quality place to “play” will soon make this centre their home away from home. All players, coaches, parents, spouses, kids, teams, and leagues are welcome.
